Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
- Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
How to Return an Item

- Ship Your Return: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for different sizes or styles, subject to availability. Follow the same steps as above, and let us know the item you’d like to exchange it for.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
